Return & Exchange Policy

Please make sure to check your order carefully while the courier is present at the time of delivery. You are encouraged to open the package and inspect the item(s) to ensure everything meets your expectations.

If you wish to return the order, the decision must be made while the courier is still at your location. Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Delivery fees are payable in all cases, whether the order is accepted or returned.
